A few things...they're going to add a few to get into the mid teens. Yay. Dannen, you still could have NIL'd some more, but you didn't.

Hate the Astros but cool to see two former Huskers in the lineup
Astros moving future HOF second baseman back to the outfield to make room for Brice? Hopefully his power translates to the big leagues cause he struck out a ton in the minors.

Actually it looks like Altuve moving to the OF (and Brice being promoted) is a domino effect of Jake Meyers hitting the IL.

Jake reinjured his calf Wednesday.
3 guys off the 2021 team in the bigs; 2 in 3 years after drafted, and another 2 years after drafted. Pretty remarkeable.
Max is in AA. Sears, not part of '21 team, is knocking on the AAA door. Olson had surgery so he's out.

Is that gonna be enough to keep him from coming here? I genuinely dont know, but 12th round money doesnt seem to me like it'd be enticing enough to skip ahead.

Depends on what they offer and what the kid wants to do. He comes to Nebraska and gets shelled he will get nothing.
