He has to have one of, if not THE best, resume of getting WRs into the league. Sure, he is consistently working with the cream of the crop talent, but they consistently have first round talent every year in his room.

2024 - Marvin Harrison Jr (4)
2023 - Jaxon Smith Njigba (20)
2022 - Garrett Wilson (10)
2022 - Chris Olave (11)
2022 - Jameson Williams (12 - yes, he was drafted out of Bama, but he was only there 1 year and was at OSU for the 2 years prior)

He signs dudes and when he gets them to campus they get to be better dudes.

From the looks of it Collier represents international kids. He seems to have a good relationship with our coaches. The Sone kid is from Sweden.
