Did a bit of research. Kicked out of their D3 (worse than NAIA) conference in 2019, had to find a new one by 2021. 2021 they got invited to the summit and got a waiver to jump immediately from d3 to d1. It is normally a 10 year process with a stop in d2. They play in the pioneer league for football which is the worst conference. They do not give football scholarships, Valparaiso is also in the pioneer.
