Found this while looking for golf lessons. Is this going to be a new thing? $5k for a yearly membership but 24/7 access with lessons. Are these popping up in other cities? The idea doesn’t seem bad.
Do members of high level private course play enough to justify spending more than that to only play in the summer?
I don’t think their goal is to make the value in rounds of simulator golf. Seems as if their target is the private country club guys who want a place to put their bourbon in their liquor closet and hang out with other riches who enjoy the hobby of golf. Maybe I’m wrong.

I’m a member at a club and I can tell you it’s not about the cost per round. We play from early March till late November It’s about to community and the relationships. I can’t see that happening at a golf simulator though. My wife and I have life long friends from our club and both have benefitted professionally from being there.

I think that’s the point I’m trying to make on what they are trying to do. $5k seems steep. I could see some justifying $2k. I’d picture it as just a place a guy can go and enjoy a drink, hit some balls and avoid the loud public bars. It’s really an interesting concept to me that I’d like to see if it’s in business 5 years from now.
