Anyone have one? Things you like/don’t like? I’m thinking about getting one but think I would miss having an actual grill too. Don’t really have room for both right now

I wish! Just enjoy cooking and trying out new stuffYou opening a cafe brother?
I have one and a pellet grill. I love it. You can grill up for really quick. It’s good for sautéed veggies, burgers, phillys, fajitas, and breakfast etc. It’s much more convenient time wise than the pellet grill because it heats up and cooks so fast.Anyone have one? I like mine & the burgers are definitely better than on a traditional grill - the main issue I have is with grease. Lots of splatter, & it's so-so about the liquid draining into the trap on the back without leaking.
I've got a mat under it & a lid that lowers for when it's cooking, but it's still making more of a mess than I feel like it should. What do y'all do?

My hood crushes that liner, so I gotta clean out the liner holder now.Ours has a hood that opens and closes. We haven't had any issue with grease splattering or grease leaking out the back. The opening for the grease is way smaller than the grease cup that's mounted to the back. We did buy one of those little grates that you can put over the opening that helps keep food from falling through that hole.
Breakfast is a game changer iyamWe finally jumped on the Blackstone wagon, getting the 28" one for the wife and I since we're now empty nesters... This thing has been awesome, mostly because my wife is wanting to use the thing all of the time to cook, so I can just sit back with a beer and watch things unfold the way God intended them to.
So far, she's made:
Smash Burgers
Beef & Broccoli
Fried Rice
Hot Honey BBQ Chicken Quesadillas
Mexican Street Corn
Haven't done breakfast yet, but I'm sure we will.
Any must make recipes that anyone has?
