That was a nice win. Allick with his boards and hustle was huge. Tominaga did his thing, hit two huge and-1's in the 2nd half. We didn't make a shot from the floor for like the last 5 minutes of the game, but this team just wanted this W. Love the way this team plays. Fred deserves some props for turning this thing around, starting late in the season last season.

I haven't seen that much hand checking since the Bad Boys days in Detroit. The refs swallowed the whistle about 20 times that game.

And then just completely switched it up in the final 5 minutes.

That's the frustrating part, if you call a came soft or hard just maintain it on both ends the entire game. Especially the final 5 minutes in crunch time.

College basketball is a terrible watch for lots of reasons, but schizophrenic officiating is probably the largest reason

especially when high knees is out there. Add Courtney Green to the mix? Now you’re just asking for a terribly officiated game.
I was thinking the same thing. We could've easily won that game by 20 or more. Rutgers is a poor offensive team and it still pisses me off that we lost to them in Piss-cataway.
At any rate, the environment in PBA last night was amazing. It helps to have a team playing meaningful basketball in March, but the BIG needs to seriously evaluate the 11:00 am and early afternoon tipoffs on the weekends. Completely different animal in the evenings.
