Makes sense. Once again, the NCAA bumbled this entire "paying players" thing for the past 15 years and now we're left with a bunch of gibberish for rules. Might as well just rip the bandaid off and start over because that's what's coming no matter what.

Title should be changed to “NCAA will soon be out of the major college football business” because that’s actually what’s happening.
