I don't remember @Kaladin from the scrolls, but it seems we share the same love of Husker Baseball. I also think resistance/weight training is superior to cardio in many ways, with resting metabolism being the biggest factor.

I do think there are a lot of people in the weight-lifting, alternative diet, intermittent fasting, etc, that have fallen off their rockers when it in comes to politics. I hope this is on the Hy-Vee board.

PS: Who bant Kaladin?

He was bant for being a jaysker. Once he admits he was just joking and that no sane Nebraska fan would be a jaysker he will be unbant.

I was bant because my devil may care attitude and dashing good looks created insecurities and possibly homosexual feelings in @baronwinnebago and he complained to the mods about me
