Of course bacon and eggs is #1. Never liked pork ribs. Ever try quail? I tried that and lamb, rabbit, pheasant and of course (thanksgiving) turkey. Nothing beats beef, chicken and fish (including shrimp) for me.

Agreed. Love quail and pheasant. Rabbit is meh. Moose and elk good. Deer is edible not good. Dove is fine but you need at least 5 per person. Duck isn't good but will eat it. Goose slightly better.

Pork ribs are one of my fav. Someday I'm going to perfect. Not quite there.

Completely forgot about venison! it's really good. Never liked duck, moose or elk.
