Sign Up Now!Ethan Piper fits the Nash mold, a little more baby face and less expression though. Feel like Turner could be a squat freak too. I don't think Cam squats low enough from some videos from last year. The DL definitely has its share of the big-dick lifters on the team. I'm pretty curious who are the big hitters on the OL side.
I think every one of the 18 Duval brothers are equal parts nice guy, meathead, and complete scary psychopath. I truly do mean that in a nice way, also.People can say what they want about a lot of things Frost related. What him and Zach and Dave have done to our physical preparedness cannot be argued at all. I've said this a few times on RSS, never here, but I was a Strength Coach under Zach's brother, Gib, for a while, and I whole heartedly believe in what they're doing up there in the weight room. I said from Day 1 when Frost got here that it would take 2 full off seasons in the weight room to catch up with Cockeyes physically, and 3 full off seasons in the weight room to catch up with Wisconsin. It showed against Cockeyes last year. We'll see with Wisconsin.
Never met Zach, but heard a lot about him. Basically what you saidI think every one of the 18 Duval brothers are equal parts nice guy, meathead, and complete scary psychopath. I truly do mean that in a nice way, also.
Did you know Jon?Never met Zach, but heard a lot about him. Basically what you said
Nope, only Gib. Feel like I met a sister once when she came in to workout during an afternoon? I do know it's a big family, got plenty of history lessons. Sat down in a few conversations with him and Jon Zatechka at the time. I cant think of the Bears Tight End's name that shattered his leg a few years back but I knew him pretty well. Gib was his Strength Coach for a while so I was around him everyday for quite a while. There were some FA NFL guys that roamed through there working out. I trained Ben Still a few times and was actually his lifting partner when he was in high school. I was 21 or so trying to recover from Tommy John and making it back in baseball at the time.Did you know Jon?
Zach Miller big loss for the bears. They treated him well. Paid him another year after the injury.Nope, only Gib. Feel like I met a sister once when she came in to workout during an afternoon? Honestly? My initial time line was 5 years from Day 1 to catch Ohio State. I understood what Frost trying to do from the jump, and I assumed Year 2 would go similar to UCF so my premise was a fighting chance to play in INDY in Year 2, but for sure playing for a title in Year 3. Probably lose once or twice while trying to figure out how to win on the big stage again, and then take home the crown by Year 5. I assumed going into Year 3 that Frost's offense would have established us as a Big 10 power and the recruits would be rolling in to play for that shit. Alabama and national stage and actually being respected at that level? It was 6-8 years in my opinion. How long til tOSU?
and then
How long til Ala-Bama?
idk i watched him in high school and he was a raging lunatic.Ethan Piper fits the Nash mold, a little more baby face and less expression though. Feel like Turner could be a squat freak too. I don't think Cam squats low enough from some videos from last year.
I hope so. That'd be nice.idk i watched him in high school and he was a raging lunatic.
Honestly with how heavy that is and how much they eat and fart and shit in a given day, I'd be very shocked if most of them didn't have shit stains in their compression shorts after those days.Makes me feel like i’m pooping.
