- Nebraska….
- Scott Frost
- He is gone. He should be left in Dublin. He should be left there for one reason: the onside kick.
- Honestly if I’m the AD i fire him immediately and let boosters and fans know this kind of stupidity will not be tolerated.
- It says something that Fitzgerald was calling the game so conservatively with Frost on the other sideline. You could tell very early in the game that NW expected to get turnovers.
- He should have been let go last year.
- Mathis clearly made the wrong choice. There’s been zero positive trajectory during the Frost Era. Hope the bag was worth it Mathis, because I guarantee Nebraska won’t be doing you any favors come draft day.
- I don’t know that this is the answer. I mean it makes sense if your us because we do that kind of crap all the time but Nebraska hasn’t been good for a really long time and they ain’t Texas! I still feel like Scott Frost is the best answer for them because honestly who wants to coach at Nebraska honestly it’s not like it’s a highly sought after job anymore.
- Tom Herman, future Nebraska HC? lol
- I could see this actually.
- Sadly he would probably be a perfect fit for them!
- He named Casey Thompson his starter. What do you guys expect?
- Frank Solich's 9-3 in 2003 is looking good.
- By far the best coach they have had since Osborne.
- He's no Dr. 2-point Tom.
- After watching most of the game I came away with the impression that, in general, Nebraska is slow, and not very athletic. Their coaching staff appears to be borderline moronic.
- Turd Alberts *Nebraska AD* apparently made it a ultimatum that Frost had to relinquish playcalling duties or he can kick rocks.
- Man— they were the standard in CFB for decades. This program is a polar opposite of what it once was. Man, it’s hard to watch that N waffle instead of dominate on the field. CFB is better when the Cornhuskers field a good football team.
- Nebraska has a very favorable schedule for the next 7 games. There's a good chance they are 6-2 after 8 and the hype train gets rolling.
- That onside kick was the dumbest move.
- NU and Texas have one thing in common, we both hired horrible ADs that set us back more than anyone thought was possible.
- Question is if/when they get rid of Frost, who are they going to be able to get.
- Hopefully this puts an end to Casey Thompson threads on this board.
- Nebraska’s biggest mistake was leaving the big 12. They are getting everything they deserve and I love it.
- Frost makes me worry about sark. If we see the same thing as last year like Nebraska just witnessed with frost it’s gonna get bad.
- You know it's bad when it's week 0 and they are asking you after the game if you should step down.
- They may not even win 3 games this season it’s pitiful!
- If they lose today at Lincoln to North Dakota - They may clean Frost's office for him and burn his stuff on the lawn.
- Marcus Washington still dropping balls! It’s not a Texas problem it’s his problem!
- Yeah, but his dad said it's everyone else's fault, so it can't be Casey. He studies a lot...
- Honestly Nebraska is not job I would ever want! Way to hard to recruit guys to a corn field in the middle of nowhere!
- 65 QBR. not bad for Nebraska
- Honestly, why even care about NE & Casey? None of my concern.
- I think Casey's strengths align more with Frosts offense than Whipples. He's not a pro style qb.
- Casey with a pick deep in his own territory setting NDSU up for a potential tying score. All that depth; all those athletes.
- Did frost REALLY just try another weird onside kick up 7 against North Dakota? Seriously?
- Lmao he really did it again after last week!!! At this point this dude is giving Nebraska the finger on his way out lol. Wow. They can pay me millions to make shi**y calls like that!
- He even said it was a dumb call at that point in the game in his press conference.
- Sign of a poor coach? Immediately repeating a mistake even you admitted was a bone headed move.
- How many sacks does Mathis have ? I’m not watching the game
- I think one so far I saw. It really was a coverage sack, their bored is saying he needs to do more since they payed him 800k lol.
Kansas State
- Amart Era starts day
- One of the keys to success in sports is to not try to do too much. It appears that is what happened with Adrian at Nebraska. The lack of a running game was probably the biggest issue there.
- There is no way we are going to use him the way Nubb did because we won't have to. Saw a video recently where it is pointed out that Nebraska's O line was ranked in the 200's nationally by PFF behind some Div II teams and behind all of the other FBS schools.
- I think Adrian has a good chance to be great here. If he is, we should have a good chance to win the league. He needs to put the past behind him and adopt the mindset of a ball distributer. I think he will embrace the opportunity to share the ball.
- I've looked at some Husker games that are on the Web and observed Adrian's work. The young man can sling it, the young man can run over and around people. In short he has all the talent in the world, the only question is what goes on between the ear holes this season.
- Nebraska vs Northwestern
- Fox promoted the game tomorrow using Willie the Wildcat as Northwestern's mascot....
- Has Willie transferred, must have rec’d a better NIL deal from Northwestern!!!!
- I missed it. Why is this game being played in Ireland?
- Nebraska kicked the Huskers out of Lincoln...
- Are the Bugeaters going to blame AM now?
- Nebraska and Scott Frost have the culture of losers. In the 4th quarter they were waiting to lose.
- Nebraska is trying to change their luck. Scott Frost is taking lessons to become a Leprechaun.
- Stupid of Nebraska to onside kick up 13 in 3rd quarter
- Their O line is atrocious, and has been for years. It's their Achilles heal. The contrast to what they used to have is glaring, and alarming. Their D line may be just as bad. It almost looked like it was intentional.
- The only swagger still left in NU is 'the fans'.
- Frost’s Contract
- So Frost's contract changed last year. He has a $15 million buyout now but it drops to $7.5 million on October 1st. Does anyone know if they can move him to an administration role now and then fire him in October to save on the buyout?
- Soooo, Nebraska - was all that Big Ten money worth to go from powerhouse to one step above KU in football?
- Did that money make the team win more? Did it improve life or reduce costs for students? Improve the value of a degree from NU for alumni? No of course.
- NU should be in the Big 12 with us, and schools like Maryland should still be in the ACC.
- Frost can be fired tomorrow and I'm sure they can find a better coach but it ain't gonna change the trajectory of the program
- It started with the firing of Frank Solich. They thought 9-2 was subpar. Husker fans would give up their first born for a record like that these days. Follow that with Callahan and Pelini, the dynasty is destroyed.
- Scott Frost could win his next 50 games in a row, and still not surpass Bo Pelini in either total wins or overall winning percentage.
- Mike Riley was fired after 3 seasons with a 19-19 record. Scott Frost is in his 5th season and he still hasn't won 19 games.
- Well the Nubs claimed they were going for higher academics back at the time. But we all know that's complete bullshit (early days of Big 12 out voted 11-1 wanting to allow lower academic stds for athletes). But yea I think ultimately stability and Texas driving factors. They are viewed by most b1g fans as the ugly red headed step child.
- I really thought the Frost and Hoiberg signings looked like 20 years of successful FB and MBB. Now it still might happen, but so far it has been terrible.
Michigan State
- Eff the queen, the B1G basketball schedule was just released
- So no whores tonight?
- I’m strangely attracted to Becky Hammon
- Random thoughts you have that dont warrant their own thread

Cockeye
- Any idea on whats up with Keagan Johnson?
- Regarding KJ...don't get your hopes up.
- There's a very real possibility he never plays another down at Cockeye.
- This is a very weird situation, imo.
- transfer portal after watching Petras last week
- This is just my opinion, but I think this is some sort of new age hold out that we'll be seeing more of in college football. Some sort of hold out for a guaranteed NIL payment or something along those lines.
- KJ will not play this year, me thinks.
- I heard it was some very painful hemorrhoids that simply won't resolve. Ever tried running with a bad hemorrhoid?? Before anyone laughs it was a hemorrhoid that nearly cost the Royals the World Series back in 1980.
- From the outside, with no information at all, it seems to me like he just likes his privacy and doesn't want his medical information to be public knowledge. And that is driving fans (including me) crazy, because the team needs him and we are used to having the information.
- I'm guessing most of our receivers over the past few years have thought at one time or another - "you want me to put my body on the line for this $hit?"
- Thinking blood clot like the Wake Forest qb.
- If it is illness related, could it be a horrible reaction to the Covid-19 vaccine?
- It's weird whatever it is. May be a gender identity issue.
Wisconsin
- What in the world was Frost thinking with the onside kick nonsense.
- Well, obviously, he was thinking about riding the momentum wave and effectively ending the game. If it worked. The chances of still maintaining momentum and winning were probably pretty good if you just kick it deep.
- Down in Okoboji and the place was taken over by Huskers. Was glorious watching their hearts ripped out.
- He needed momentum and not just his defense to stop the Nerds?
- Nebraska players are gonna be puking this week.
- Looking at that schedule, Frost is a tad less fucked than I thought.
- But now fighting way uphill.
- How about throwing offensive coaches under the bus? Can’t believe Frost said his offensive staff has to learn you’ve got to be a little more creative in this league?
- I feel like this comment is just asking for the Badgers to beat them by handing off to the fullback on every down.
- If Scottie gets fired before Oct 1, he gets $10M more in buyout $, per Mitch Sherman The Athletic writer for the Huskers. Maybe Scotty realized his team was going to suck, why not do something boneheaded to speed up the termination process.
- Apparently the new OC was "forced" onto Frost by the new AD. The postgame comments were apparently a shot at Alberts for not letting him pick his own guy.
- This could get ugly regardless if Frost is a UNL alum and former football star. So is Alberts.
- “could get" Shit's pretty ugly right now, I'd say.
- Expect the kickoff team to be puking in practice this week.
- The Memorial Stadium “sellout” streak has to be in jeopardy, right?
- You would think if they had any dignity left they would let it die. But it's not going to happen, they created the "Nebraska Red Carpet Experirbce" which is funded by a single donor, and buys all of the unsold tickets.
- Nahh, North Dakota will bring a lot of fans to fill the empty seats.
- I tell you what, if its was NDSU they were playing next week, I put my money on the Bison.
- Urban to Nebraska? Hahaha
- I love how Urban is the goto panacea for any scuffling program.
- Yeah, Nebraska kind of gets what they deserve after how they treated their coaches.
- Why did they fire Pelini? Was it a combination of on/off field stuff, or strictly because they weren't winning enough games?
- Believe it was stated as personality clashes.
- Eichorst didn't like Bo. We again must thank Eichorst for his ineptitude.
- Bo was pretty much self-destructing toward the end and immediately after.
- Lance Leipold would be a good hire for them but probably couldn't "bring it top talent" whatever that means to Nebraska. The school will always attract pretty good players, less so if they retain a dickhead like Frost.
- Bring back Frankie Solich, lol!
Michigan
- B1G Power Rankings
- This early, put UM/tOSU at the top, Nebraska at the bottom, and shuffle the rest.
- BTW, I doubt Nebraska's really the worst but listing them last feels right.
- Also - love seeing the Frosty Cornholes at #14. Well deserved for those long-term chokers.
- 14) Nebraska - lose to NW and then struggled against a FCS team. Yay your last until further notice.
- Little known fact, the team that has led the conference in safeties has won the Big Ten 94 out of the last 97 years. I like Cockeye’s chances.
- Nebraska looks really bad.
- I would LOVE to see Scott Frost start the season 0-2!
- What are the odds we face an interim Nebraska coach in Ann Arbor? I think above 50%.
- I hope he's fired AFTER our game. I want his last B1G experience to be the biggest middle finger that Harbaugh can give. I want us throwing bombs up by 60 late in the 4th quarter.
- Nebraska is fun to watch lol
- They are not even the good North Dakota team. (That would be NDSU.)
- Nebraska with the ball. Time for Frost to do Frosty things.
- Dude Nebraska Is so so bad
- Assuming that Frost need immediate improvement on offense, hiring Mark Whipple was a strange move. Whipple’s reputation at Pitt was having a complex offense that takes several seasons + experienced players to really get rolling.
- Maybe this is just Scott Frost’s evil genius way of improving his record in one-score games.
- Nebraska is not only not good, they're not disciplined. Dumb penalties and dumb play calls.
- Nebraska is lucky they scheduled the North Dakota formerly Sioux and not their neighbors the Bison.
- I don't see any reason to believe Frost is Nebraska's coach when they come to Ann Arbor.
- Frost's buyout goes down by $7.5 million at 12:01am on October 1st.
- I think a blow-out loss in West Lafayette coupled with an upcoming bye week seems a time for AD Turd Alberts to pull the plug.
- I think they should consider an extension for Frost after this hard fought victory.
- Absolutely. Nebraska should give him a guaranteed $85 million 10-year contract.
- Scott Frost needs to go. Nebraska is such a sloppy team, even though they've blown it open.
- At a certain point I wonder if Frost has just thrown in the towel. Nebraska isn’t oozing with talent, but they have enough certainly to win their division.
- They had more than enough talent to beat Northwestern last week, and certainly enough talent to blow the doors off a North Dakota team.
- Is Scott Frost, at this point, just begging someone to be put out of his misery as quickly as possible?
- I have to believe that the fact that he’s Nebraska’s golden son and is probably the worst HC in school history and is dragging everything down with him makes him want to crawl into a hole and disappear for the rest of his life.
- The deer in the headlights look he has about him suggests he's just fucking clueless. He wants to win and he doesn't know how. It's sad. It's pathetic. ... and I love it.
- Am I the only one who always roots for the big 10 when they are playing out of conference? I mean I get the Frost “love” but still
- Embrace the hate. Seeing your rivals in misery can bring great joy. Seeing Scott Frost atone for the sins of '97 is something to celebrate.
- I generally root for Big Ten teams. But I hate Scott Frost so much that I can never root for him.
Minnesota
- Nebraska 23.5 point favorites against Georgia Southern. Anyone else think there's no way they can cover that?
- They have a decent looking offense. Would imagine southern struggles to defend them to start like NW did
- Ga southern has an offense as well, and Nebraska doesn't defend all that well. To cover 23.5 they realistically can't allow more than 20 points. Nebraska scored 38 vs UND but allowed 17 and didn't cover. I just don't see how Nebraska defense can do enough to beat that line.
- That’s fair. Didn’t watch the neb-UND game. Would imagine it’s a spread because “it’s Nebraska”. Depends on which team shows up for them. Some games they’ve looked dominant in years past and then they shit the bed vs others. I know I wouldn’t touch them until they’re wrongly favored in their next B10 game haha
- Traveling to Nebraska
- Who has done it? What tips do you have? Plan is to leave Friday.
- I am also going and leaving Friday. First Gopher football road trip for me. (Done many for hockey)
- awesome trip.
- From what I recall, any of the good hotels in Lincoln require a 2-night minimum on football weekends and they are not cheap. You might be able to find a Super 8 (or something similar) on the outskirts of Lincoln for a single night and a better deal. But if you wanna be by the action, you will pay for it.
- I'd suggest getting a room in the Omaha area and making the drive in on Saturday morning and heading back to your hotel later on Saturday night. Makes for a good homebase and Omaha actually has some cool areas around downtown (Old Market?)
- As far as Lincoln, the pregame scene is fun. The Haymarket District has a lot of good restaurants and bars and is walkable to the stadium. Also plenty of tailgating going on.
- We've been many times. It's always fun. My favorite place to stay is the Courtyard by Marriott in the Haymarket. Then you are already in the area and don't have to deal with traffic on game day. The hotels by the airport are decent also. If you are so inclined for an amazing meal on Friday, go to Casa Bovina. Need reservations. We did the tasting menu and it was some of the best food I have ever had (specially occasion - trust me we don't always eat like that!). There's a place called The Cellar under the Oven in the Haymarket. Excellent wine selection - the somm there knows his stuff. Really good cheese board. Hopcat is a good option for bar food and great beer selection. Cultiva is a nice casual local coffee shop with good breakfast. Enjoy!
- If we are driving in, how early should we get to campus? 2 hours? 3 hours?
- I'd say at least 3 hours. The earlier the better to avoid the game traffic on I-80 (a lot of people are driving to Lincoln from the direction of Omaha on gamedays)
- We had a blast our one and only trip to Lincoln. Stayed Friday nite in west Omaha where there were lots of Gopher and Husker fans. We arrived 4-5 hours early.
- I’ve been twice. I highly recommend this away game destination. We were invited to a tailgate on Huskermax. Great hospitality. I was shocked by how antiquated the stadium was. Concourses we’re awful. The fan base was cathartic last time there but were optimistic about their return to greatness.
- The stadium is pretty shitty. The experience is awesome. Nice people, good bars, etc. Been a couple times. Get a hotel and try to be within a reasonable walking distance. Lots of bars in hay market. Go to the Railyard and let the good times take over.
- Post-game traffic towards Omaha can be a major issue.
- I think Nebraska is the opponent I'd most like to travel to. I hate to admit it, but I've never been to a road game.
- I've gone twice, once we stayed closer to OmahaI believe once and in Lincoln another time we stayed right next to the prison.
- Haymarket district is where we spent most of our time. Bars will be packed (no surprise) but even in gopher gear you'll get a warm reception. We've walked tailgate lots and had random nebraska fans invite us for a beer.
- I've been to Lincoln, Citrus Bowl, Wisconsin, and Cockeye…Lincoln is the best.
- Lincoln is a cool place. Relative to other big ten fans, nebby fans are great.
- The stadium is legit and the crowd is fun. They have these hot pocket type things you should try - can’t remember what they’re called. Filling is mike Molton lava.
- Runzas. And they are neither hot nor tasty, unless blah is your thing.
- There is a reason popularity hasn't expanded
Indiana
- Nebraska vs NU
- Gonna guess this loss was the final nail in the coffin for Frost as HC at Neb.
- The way he sounded in that presser I’d imagine he knows. I’d say deadman walking.
- Buyout goes from 15 to 7.5 million on October 1. He's not looking like he'll last beyond that.
- And guess when we play them?
- If IU can’t beat Nebraska with Scott Frost, I don’t think low morale is going to help
- Frost is their Archie Miller. Riley was their Crean. And they never should have fired Bo.
- The curse of Solich
- Overall and as expected Nebtuckey had superior athletes but lesser FBIQ,
- I was very surprised by the vulnerability of Nebraska's Defensive Line...
- Frost reminds Me of a cocky kid Who knows He is really good at something. But somewhere in his personality, He has a flaw or a chip on his shoulder. It isn't enough for him just to coach a team to win. He has ton do it in a way that proves to everyone that He is the smartest guy in the Stadium. Hence the odd decisions.
- Good call... I think you've nailed his personality...: Arrogant to a fault.
- And if he could only "play Indiana more often" he would be NC lulz
- Delaney and Osborne had good OLs and DLs. Best center award is named after CornHusker, Dave Rimington.
- It probably is a good example of how overhauling the program via the portal is far from a sure thing. No one hit it harder than UNL and they looked pretty disjointed as a result.
- I enjoyed watching this game and rooting against Nebras-cry.
- B1G Roster Power Rankings
- 8. Nebraska - 37 4 stars (Rivals) but not many wins to show for it, only Illinois has less representation on PFF's Preseason All Big Ten Team
- Scott Frost may not make it past tomorrow as Neb coach as they’ve let North Dakota tie it up 17-17 with 4:00 left in the 3rd
- You know you’re at rock bottom when you’re a Nebraska fan and you’re posting things like this during the second game of the season: “When did North Dakota join the big ten? These officials are sure given them all the calls and no holds against them”
- The Huskers are the embarrassment of the conference so far
- I thought the same thing. We play at Nebraska. I hope they do not fire Frost until after we play them.
- I think he was a Nebraska QB so likely his leash is longer.
- They were close against NW. Tho I dont know how good NW is.
- but half of Lincoln was drunk and crazy in Dublin…. You know they’re pissed
- You’re correct, he was. QB of their last national championship team. And so played for Tom Osborne. And a native Nebraskan. It’s like a fairy story it’s so perfect.
- His buyout drops from $15 million (I kid you not) to $7.5 million (I kid you not) on October 1.
Oklahoma
- OU/Nebraska weekend in Lincoln
- Is anyone aware if there any bars that have served or will serve as gathering places for OU fans in Lincoln? Looking for a place to grab a few drinks or food after the game that might have some fellow Sooner fans.
- I am going to the game. We elected to stay in Omaha rather than Lincoln. The old market area downtown. This has been a good gathering area in the past. It has been many years since I have been to a Nebraska game but we always stayed in Omaha because we flew rather than drove to the games.
- Nebraska vs Northwestern
- It's still early in the game. I predict that Lebby will pick the Cornhusker's defense apart. Nebraska is making Northwestern appear much better than they are.
- Big 10 slug football of teams that will struggle this season. Lebby will know how to work that bugeater defense until they are gassed.
- I have not been impressed with the NU D at this point. Unless NW is better than I think the Wildcat O is moving the ball easily.
- NU offense behind thompsaon isn’t bad and he is showing he can make the throws. Biggest ? Is just how does the OU D compare to NW? Will our new D give Thompson this much time to throw?
- Turned the game on about an hour ago if. Neb D looked gassed by the half imo. Cfb is here fellas.
- If Nebraska ends up losing this game, they'll be the best 0-1 team in the nation.
- It could be first game jitters but Nebraska is not good on either side of the ball. Thompson makes bad decisions under pressure. I bet Venables & Co were glued to this game.
- Nebraska looked bad. Run defense was terrible, coaching decisions questionable, and the QB was erratic.
- The frost way.
- And out of shape. They were gassed before halftime.
- Northwestern isn't a great team, but they do have a pretty solid OLIne. And they kicked Cornhusker butt most of the game. When you're getting beat up, it's easy to get gassed
- Frost may not even last that long. He is probably wanting to stay in Ireland
- Oklahoma is going to dominate the Huskers.
- OU will smash the huskers.
North Dakota
- GAME THREAD
- we are playing at fricken Nebraska!
- Where’s the Big Green pre-game bar?
- They guy in the video thinks this game could go anyway if Nebraska loses in Ireland.
- Strategy for all FCS teams facing an FBS opponent. Score early and often. Get them on the ropes. If that is not possible, keep it close for as long as you can.
- Reported by a Nebraska fan that so far, UND has purchased the most visitor tickets for any Nebraska home game this year.
- More thn Oklahoma fans?!! That would be pretty crazy if true!!
- I think we have a chance in this game. I like the scheduling of Nebraska. This time and again in a few years. Fun for this fan!
- Can you drink at Nebraska games? Thought I saw that they just allowed it but not sure if it was immediate or not.
- How many UND fans can we expat this game? 1,000? I think maybe 1,500
- FBS depth advantage caught up with us in the 4th (like it usually does in these games), but this was way better than our games vs. Washington, Utah, Utah State and San Jose State. Now we have to focus on the home opener next week.
- UND lost the game, but I couldn't be prouder of the team. They played a great game as long as they could . They ran out of gas in the fourth, but they represented the state well.
- Kinda glad Frost wanted to rotate 5 RBs instead of ride the horse getting all the yardage.
- The last two times Wyoming has played Nebraska they have lost by scores of about 50-0 and 56-13. UND held their own. Yes a lost, but they shouldn't lower their heads.
- I’m not sure Nebraska could win the MVFC let alone win another BIG10 Game this year - Proud of the Boys and Wish the Squad Well!
- Proud of a 21pt loss to a team not good enough to win the MVFC. I has happened to our fan base.
- This isn't a moral victory thing, Nebraska is a mediocre team at best and UND had a golden chance which it couldn't take advantage of.
- I predicted 38-14 (actual score 38-17) but I didn’t suspect it to be tied in the 3rd quarter. UND did some goods things, but it still isn’t a win. Too bad they couldn’t finish. The game was over when Nebraska converted on 3rd and 15 when it was only a 7 point game.
- other than the short short field (thanks to the int)...our offense scored.........................10 points.
- We can berate Nebraska all we want, but they've got some ball players. Looking at our WR's compared to their corners tells all you need to know.
- Hockey is great but this is what college athletics all about.
- Congrats Nebraska, enjoy your 3-9 season.
- Score won’t show how close this game was. I’ll take the overall play that I saw. Room to improve sure, but I’ll take it.
- Give them 4-8, they will beat Illinois and Rutgers. That's about it
- 3-9? Show me the other two wins…this Nebraska team is awful!
- Nebraska plays like that, NDSU and SDSU beat. Three touchdown loss and it seems people are ecstatic. Plenty of chances to make a statement, but didn’t make the big plays.
- Georgia Southern sucks
Northwestern
- My B1G Power Rankings
- 10) Nebraska - I have Nebraska too high, but I thought they had some pretty good playmakers in C Thompson, Grant, and Jordan Palmer.
- PFF was pretty spot on in their prediction/analysis of the Nebby game...
- Best Bet: Northwestern ML (+375)
- Interesting analysis. What do they say about Duke?
- If I remember correctly, Nebraska only had 3 big plays.
- They did shut down Nebraska when it counted at the end.
- Neb is not very good after all.. vs North Dakota
- Neb is looking like a Scott Frost team against North Dakota - mistake prone, can't block.. hoo boy. But they're talented -cough- and were the best 3-9 team in the history of the world. I wonder if that fan is crying yet in his bathroom.
- Their run defense looks better, but they can’t block on the other side.
- Neb DL has a significant size advantage over ND. On the other hand, ND defense is making the Neb OL look slow and weak, already has 2 sacks in the first quarter
- Crap… Nebraska really isn’t good
- I am beginning to think Nebraska won’t win the west. Not clear how well they would do in the MVC.
- woof....terrible team
- In fact, you could argue that Nebraska”s offense is so inept, that I am really worried about our defense.
- Illannoys might even be better than Neb... nah.
- 7-7 at halftime. Woof.
- Our defense gave up almost 500 yards and 28 TDs to this offense that’s barely done anything against a bad North Dakota team… uh oh.
- They’re probably going to pull away after this turnover, but no matter what happens the rest of the game, some Neb fans probably consider it a moral defeat for Frost being tied with UND (not even NDSU) at halftime.
- So much for pulling away. This is NOT a good Nebraska team.
- Man….now I’m nervous that we didn’t blow out this crappy Nebraska team
- There are way too many things to worry about than trying to benchmark the transitive property against Neb. We are 1-0. Let's move on to next week, every game is a new game, just need to win.
- I wasn’t really serious. Though it is clear Nebraska is not a Top 10 team.
- Nebraska is on a huge letdown.
- Doesn't matter how great a coach you are: that Dublin trip was like a bowl game in terms of importance in starting off the year. Glad we got a bye
- I'm honestly surprised Nebraska didn't take a bye week this week; scheduling a game this week is a lot of unneeded stress.
- Just imagine if this were South Dakota State or North Dakota State instead.
- I imagine that Nebraska would have lost to either of those two.
- Kinda Nervous Now... Duke looked spectacular and Nebraska is a hot mess....
- Duke will be a harder W than Nebraska unfortunately
- I am rather unimpressed with our division.
