Almost a guarantee that he will be a weekend starter, he was not great last year, but he did work his freshman year and his underlying stats did not change for the worst which is a positive sign as well. More importantly he has thrown about 140 innings over two season so even if he is not good you could throw him on Sunday and at least get 5 or 6 innings out of him.
