Meh, some dudes just hit a point where they are done with college. Don't think another year at NU would improve his stock much, especially not with Dawson instead of Tony T coaching him.

Define irreplaceable. He was by far our best interior lineman. Almost zero chance anyone on the roster will be nearly as good next year.
That doesn't mean Daniels is superman, just means we didn't have anything behind him ready to play at a high level.

Daniels wasn’t ready to play at a high level until last year. It’s not insane to think kids who are farther along than he was as a freshman or sophomore will be better next year.

I don't think the guys behind Daniels have the natural ability that Daniels had. Talent-wise, they are a step down.

Robinson can play inside. So can Rogers. Both more talented than Daniels. Stille is a tougher replacement but also very replaceable

You're pry right about the even fronts but DL will take a big step back in 2022.

We really only have two decent DL on the team right now - Robinson and Rogers, who is coming off of an injury that kept him out of a good chunk of the season last year. Neither are playmakers, just solid guys.

Maybe. Maybe not. Not one person on this board is would have been lamenting Daniels loss knowing the player he was coming into this season so the book isn't quite closed on what Rogers and Robinson are.

Robinson can play inside, but that's not where he's best at. I don't think Rogers is as talented as Daniels either. There's a bunch of nobodies behind Robinson and Rogers so if either go down then we are proper fucked.
