Minnesota, Cockeye, Illinois, NW all have an identity. Tough play, good special teams (especially cockeye), good LOS play, stingy defenses. They don't get great skill player talent a lot, though. The ability to attract better skill player talent overall than those schools listed above makes...

You are correct. Almost impossible to make all the changes and improvements needed. That hole is too deep in too many ways. If they win more than 5 games next season I will be surprised.

It all starts with LOS play. Ours has been subpar for far too long. Last seasons D Line was an exception. O Line HAS to get fixed. Both lines have to get fixed. Skill players can't operate on offense with a subpar O Line. Play makers on defense can't operate with a shitty D Line.
