And so it begins...(tracking Coach Prime decommits/transfers)

Looks like a fake quote. But it sure does seem like Sanders' attitude. They aren't a good football team and have a pretty poor OC and a HC that absolutely doesn't understand time management for the 2 minute drill.

More or less confident in team after Cincinnati?

I feel very similar, we seem to be doing pretty well in most facets of the game, but the score is always close. Just feels like we should be scoring more points. A lot of good things in this game, but in the end it took an interception at the goal line to win it by 3. Be nice to have a...

Butler, who transferred to LSU was an impact player for Florida State?

Sanders' game management at the end was really awful. 1:07 left down by 7 with 2 Timeouts and they only get 6 plays off. Why he let the clock go with 2 timeouts is mind boggling.

Raiola played well. The advanced statistics back it up in addition to the eyeball test.

It certainly does, but Raiola was far from "close to perfect" as well. Plenty that he could improve on, which was obvious as well. Everyone on offense has a lot of room to improve, including Raiola.

If that was "about as perfect as a QB could" play, then we are in trouble as that only got us 20 points against Cincinnati. I think there is a lot more room for QB improvement. I agree with the OP, Raiola played well. Not great, not close to perfect, just well.

Caught this tidbit today. Shilo is prepared for life after being waived. LINK "Shilo emphasized to his fans that he is more than just an athlete. "I've always [felt that way] my whole life playing football with music, acting, modeling. I'm well versed and my parents made sure of that,"...

Behind the scenes with Nebraska football

Same here, unless the money goes towards 1890 acting like a marketing firm and trying to find the athletes legit NIL opportunities. But then they shouldn't need much money as the payment will come from the client. So no idea.

Someone should probably perform a welfare check on Mel Kiper…

LOL, a 40 year old and two rookies. Leave it to the Browns, either gunning for a QB in the 26 draft or just plain stupid.

Someone should probably perform a welfare check on Mel Kiper…

Lot's of folks said that and are correct. He holds onto the ball and instead of throwing it away he turns an incompletion into a 20 yard sack.

Foreshadowing reasons why the team doesn't improve beyond 5, 6, or 7 wins....

I can agree with that, our defense was good but it wasn't winning defense. Defense that gets the stop or turnover when it is needed to win the game. There is room for improvement, especially in forcing turnovers and 3 and outs. Crank up the aggression and go for short opponent possessions...

    Husker Volleyball

Yeah, I can see that, she's just being a straight shooter, we should be number 1 and we looked it this weekend. This team is really really good. Some fans for other teams will take it as arrogance but it's just the truth.

No, you aren't, I agree. Don't think he got a look because of what he put on film as it was pretty bad, assume this was almost a curtesy to his Dad.

not surprised, actually lasted longer than I thought.

So what he did in college is translating to the NFL, nobody turns a sack into a 20 yard loss better than Shedildo.
