I'm not sure why A&M really deserves to be ranked that high and consequently why Notre Dame's loss to them is considered so good.
A&M was 0-1 against the top 7 teams in the SEC. Their best SEC win is Missouri?
They are living off beating teams we thought would be good but aren't.
I think Keona Davis will be way more successful slimmed down and playing at DE in the 4-3.
I like Nwaneri a lot more in the 4-3 as well.
No matter what we need more guys at DT.
I like those 2 recruits as well but you aren't rolling out 2 RS Fresh coming off injuries next year and succeeding in the B1G. Plus you could play them both eventually in 4-3.
I also hope we move away from the 3 man fronts. There isn't enough NT talent around us to play that defense.
I think we have pretty good personnel to roll out a 4 man front and not have to go find another Jack that is also hardly available to us.
This is like taking a shit on your bosses desk to quit and then asking to come to the Christmas party.
Ole Miss should tell him to pound sand if he is taking another job.
My top 5 now would be:
EJ
Ceyair Wright
Nyziah Hunter
Luke Lindenmeyer
Rocco Spindler
Kade Pietrzak and Rex Guthrie would probably make my list now.
Kenneth Williams would be an interesting guy toward the end. He had some big impacts in a couple games.
LB actually might be my biggest concern...
I don't understand how they could consider it a fumble when it was still in his fingers the whole time. It was not strong possession but I see way that should be considered a fumble.
