If there’s a coach on staff that would be considered for HC it would be Ekeler. I’m not worried about losing Rhule nor would I be sad to see him go.
Would be hilarious if he went to State Penn and we hired Franklin.
Dylan is not really good. He’s above average and we can beat lower/middle tier B1G teams with him. We haven’t been able to do that for a decade so that’s nice.
The NFL talk is even dumber than people calling for Lateef. He’s got an NFL arm but he can’t throw downfield accurately, has below...
It’s not unreasonable to question his play and if he’s the best guy for us to win going forward. I personally don’t think he should be benched, but it’s crazy people take so much offense when you criticize him.
Dylan’s numbers against B1G competition:
4-7 record
240/365 2,427 passing yards 11 TD 11 INTs
57 rushes -148 yards 0 TDs
If he wasn’t a 5 star legacy, the majority of the fanbase would be calling for Lateef.
For comparison, here’s Adrian’s numbers in his first 11 conference games:

It’s year 3, we shouldn’t be that far away from a top 15-25 team talent-wise. I don’t understand the hand waving about the talent disparity, how much better are we going to get under Rhule?
You must not watch the NFL - there aren’t many starting QBs that aren’t mobile. Even guys like Flacco and Rodgers move better than Dylan and they’re borderline senior citizens.
Dylan’s lack of mobility is a mismatch for Dana’s offense. Hard to stress the defense when your run game is mediocre and you don’t have the receivers/can’t pass block long enough to stretch the field in the pass game.
