This is the problem these days everyone wants a promise no one wants to work for anything. At least Lateef seems ready to compete. If they promised him the job that's a definite problem Lateef could easily transfer out if they did and doesn't seem to be hightailing.

Lateef is better than Raiola IMO. You have to remember Lateef is only a freshman and got tossed to the dogs. I think Lateef will be just fine. I was sold when he said he was fine with competition. Good kid with a head on his shoulders not just looking for a paycheck like Dylan.
