    This is huge. He has ranked no worse than 36th in his 4 years at Tennessee in special teams efficiency. In 2024 he ranked 9th and 2022 he ranked 2nd in the nation.

    Sipple mentioned yesterday that it’s most likely done and waiting on someone finish working. So it’s probably an assistant ST coach in the playoffs.

    I think it’s between Mike Ekeler or Mark Scott. Rhule probably could get anyone he wants (other than the ND or IA coaches) for what he paid Foley plus the resources Nebraska has.
