I've been at state basketball pretty much every year for the past 15 or so years. And granted I've never seen them play, but this Lincoln Southwest team has to be the worst class A team I've seen at state.

There's a part of me that says you're in the heart of the season and on your way to clinching a 2nd straight NCAA Tournament berth. How could you get caught up in money? Then I remember they are still college kids. Just sucks all around.

If he leaves I think it would absolutely be to a smaller school. I completely agree about his potential.

Unfortunately, players with the offensive skills Keisei have don't come around very often. And really is he wasn't from Japan he probably wouldn't have been at Ranger College and would've been more highly recruited.

Why would they not accept? Not only will this team be in the NIT, I think they'll most likely have a home game.

I don't know if any of this is true or not, but I wouldn't take anything WestOSker says seriously. He wants Fred gone in the worst way and only shows up when things are bad.

It's an NCAA Tournament game so it would count. However, I do agree with you both, it wouldn't feel like a legit tournament win. I've always hated the play in games since they were created.
