When Ackerman from Omaha broke the state record I looked up the national leaderboard for the year and Cantwell was in first by over 3 feet and had thrown like 9 feet further than Ackerman when he broke the record 🤯
Yeah I wasn’t quite sure how it all played out but I knew there returning RT transferred to CU and basing off of Twitter replies from Tennessee fans they made it sound like Sanders won the job so the other dude left. Sanders was the number 1 OT at one point this, wasn’t he?
The top OT in the nation almost never sits for a year or 2 anymore. David Sanders won the RT spot at Tennessee this spring I’m pretty sure, Seaton started at LT for CU last year, Proctor started at Bama as a true freshman in 2023 and Conerly played in all 13 games as a true freshman for Oregon...
Okay but you’re 9-10 players aren’t playing 15-18 minutes a game like you just said Cale should be doing. If Sam and Cale are your 9th & 10th, I’ll agree we’re in a pretty good spot. I don’t see it lasting all year though, Sam will be back in the rotation by the end of the year.
Are you all really naive enough to think most recruits stop contact with other schools when they commit? Shit most of them continue to visit other schools. I’ve heard Busch say on the radio multiple times that when someone commits that’s when the real recruiting starts.
And another one will probably be picked pretty early in the draft next year. Dude’s just talking out of his ass, Taylor had offers from everyone. He visited Michigan 14 times.
