Nice looking piece of meat Papa Claus. We're saving our rib roast for this weekend or New Years. Although we did slice off 1-pound from the roast yesterday and fried it in a cast iron skillet with rosemary, thyme, pepper, garlic, ghee and Misty's. It was sooooo fooking good.

Adding onto this post as a cool thing happened this morning. One of our new Christmas traditions is to bring the turntable and speakers that my boys bought me for X-Mas (years ago) upstairs to spin tunes. Which means carrying BBTown's albums upstairs that he gifted me 4-5 years ago. Then this...
