Appreciate the info. I might have to look into that. I have to say, I have been pretty impressed with the versatility of the Tonal so far. I think my only complaint would be with Deadlift, the new Army PT test requires it and the Tonal just doesn't quite let me go heavy enough on it for prep.

Nice, I didn't realize they could do that. Does that cost much extra?

Is coach Jackson's through the Tonal or did you have to create the custom workouts yourself?

Do you use the programed workouts or make up your own? I've been home and using mine again for 3 weeks now. I started a program but now have started creating my own workouts and have been enjoying that.
