And we had to walk up hill both ways to go to school.

Brother sells a lot of .22's to Southeast Asians for shooting squirrels. Vietnamese crowd really likes their squirrel.
I tend to leave the squirrels alone - my favorite neighbor feeds them and his family enjoys watching them frolic in the tree line - but my .22 has sent many a rabbit to the next realm. I usually toss them in behind the tree line to the cultivated field on the other side, and it winds up being a free meal for a predator of some kind. Just doing my part to keep the owl, hawk and coyote population well fed!
