I just don't know if that attitude works in this market. You have to play the part to get the big names. You have to make them feel wanted. With the open market where anyone can transfer any time and you have to constantly re-recruit people, it's just how it is.

Either that or you try to find diamonds and develop them.

Yeah, well...Cig is his own thing and I think he's probably the only one playing that way.
