Cincy was running basically no quarters or other match variant, let alone man-man for most of the night. Other than some pressures on 3rd down they were exclusively playing zone.
I don’t know exactly without watching a wider view - but off of what I’m scrolling through I’d disagree with you a little bit. I’m just speed watching the 3rd quarter right now. There we saw a ton of 3 or 4 DBs straight across at 12-15 yards with a corner usually rolled up. Both rolled up tight in shorter yardage.

Looked like a bit of a hybrid honestly where you’re less passing guys off and more focusing on breaking on whatever we were settling for underneath. But there’s also a heavy amount of match going on. 50/50 split without writing it all down.

It’s like they give that 5th DB the freedom to break on underneath stuff at will - so looks like a guy is selling out for flats, but he really was diagnosing our check downs very well.

And it’s continuing on our drive that bled into the 4th. Textbook quarters…
