everythintg is up in the air as the Judge said wasn't too keen on looking future athletes into the settlement. I doubt the schools will be willing to guaranty this much money if they don't get a decent period of stability.

Just another reason they really ought to be doing this with collective bargaining rather than trying to leverage a specific litigation settlement
