ALLEGEDLY Norvell totally lost the team after they got left out. He kept on with staying the course and you'll make the playoffs and never really entertained the possibility that they wouldn't. Now he probably had very good reason to believe that was the case, but I guess the players weren't super duper happy with him after they got left out

it will be interesting to see how the program rebounds next season. to go from the nation's longest winning streak and thinking you have a playoff spot to getting blown out and losing all your most productive players in a few weeks' time is pretty rough. I could see them taking a big step back next year
